We ship via FedEx two-day service, fully insured for the complete purchase price throughout the entire journey. An adult signature is required upon delivery and we cannot authorize release without one. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll provide you with prepaid shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
