Shipping policy

Every stone ships within two business days of cleared payment, fully insured, signature required.

Orders confirmed before 1pm PT are prepared the same day. Orders confirmed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, are prepared the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How it travels. FedEx two-day tracked service, insured for the full purchase price for the entire journey. An adult signature is required at delivery; we cannot authorize release without one. We cannot ship to a PO box or a freight forwarder.

If something goes wrong. Reach out to us before you sign for anything that looks opened, crushed or re-taped. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we will make it right.

Outside the United States. Duties, import taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the price shown. We declare stones accurately, at full value.
